Get Started with Time To Pet

Step 1: Creating Your Account

  1. Check Your Email: Once you become a client, you will receive a welcome email from Time to Pet with a link to create your account.

  2. Set Your Password: Click the link in the email, set a secure password, and log in to your account.

  3. Download the App (Optional but Recommended):

    iPhone: Open the App Store and search for “Time to Pet.”

    Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for “Time to Pet.”

    Download and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Setting Up Your Profile

  1. Update Your Contact Information: Ensure your phone number, email, and address are correct.

  2. Add Pet Information: Click on the "Pets" tab. Add details about your pet(s), including name, breed, age, medical history, and any special instructions.

  3. Provide Access Information: If we need access to your home, include entry instructions, key details, or lockbox codes under "Home Access."

Step 3: Requesting Services

  1. Click the "Schedule" Tab: Select "Request Service."

  2. Choose the Service Type: Select dog walking, pet sitting, or cat care from the list.

  3. Pick Date and Time: Choose the desired date, time window, and any necessary notes.

  4. Submit Request: We will review your request and confirm the appointment.

Step 4: Messages & Updates

  1. Use the Messaging Feature: Click on "Messages" to send questions, updates, or special instructions.

  2. Receive Visit Updates: After each visit, you will receive a message with a summary, pictures, and any important notes about your pet.

Step 5: Payments & Invoicing

  1. View and Pay Invoices:

    Click on "Invoices" to view your balance.

    Securely pay through the app using a credit card.

  2. Enable Auto-Pay (Optional): Save a payment method for hassle-free billing.
