We walk in rain, shine, sleet or snow but safety is always our top priority. In extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, snowstorms, or extreme heat), walks may be shortened or rescheduled, and we’ll always communicate with you beforehand.

You’ll receive real-time updates during each visit and stay, including GPS-tracked walk routes, photos, and personalized notes about your pet’s care. Communication is seamless with our built-in messaging feature, allowing you to connect directly with your sitter or walker whenever needed.
