Cancellation Policies

Dog Walking & Cat Care

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-Show Policy: If we arrive for a scheduled walk and cannot access your dog (e.g., due to a locked door or no response), the full cost of the service will be charged.

  • Weather Policy: In cases of extreme weather, walks may be rescheduled or shortened for safety, but your dog will always get a potty break.

Pet Sitting

Caring for your pets is our priority, and we prepare in advance for their stay. Please review our pet sitting cancellation policy:

  • 72-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.

  • Holiday Bookings: For reservations during holidays, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 75% of the total booking fee.

  • Early Returns: If you return home earlier than expected, no refunds will be issued for unused days.
